CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Respect for all. Swearing is okay. Trashtalking for fun is okay. Verbal or written attacks of a personal nature, expressions of racism, and any other disrespect are not okay. Members of the clan are expected to lead by example.
2. No cheating. Our clan is dedicated to fun, friendly, and fair play. Use of hacks or exploits is forbidden. Ghosting (reporting enemy positions from spectator mode) is forbidden; you are allowed to issue a dying breath report. We investigate suspected cheaters, who will be notified that an investigation has begun and why. Proven cheaters will be dishonorably discharged.
3. No teamkilling. Members are not to retaliate against teamkillers with more teamkilling. The only acceptable grounds for intentional teamkilling is the defense of yourself or another RB member.
4. Loyalty to clan. All members of Rebel Battalion are expected to strive to make the clan a great place to be. While we encourage candid commentary in our private forums, public expressions of discontent with clan matters will be grounds for discipline or discharge.
5. Contribution to clan. Members must remain active in the clan by doing the following on a weekly basis: playing the game, posting on the forums, and/or participating on TeamSpeak. Also, all members of rank PVT and above are asked to contribute financially to the clan's server fund ($5 per month is suggested).
6. Stay in touch. All members are expected to notify us of extended leave. If any member is believed to be absent without leave (AWOL), e-mail will be used to attempt to contact the member. If no reply is received, AWOL members will be discharged approximately 10 days after the attempt to contact.
Disciplinary Measures: For most violations of this code, the Command Council will review the circumstances. If the violation is deemed valid, a single official written warning from the CO, XO, or CSM will be issued. A repeat offence would then result in discharge from the clan. Lesser offences may include an initial informal warning. Very serious offences may involve immediate discharge with no warning.

RECRUITING GUIDELINES
Becoming a member of Rebel Battalion involves getting strong support from senior members. Generally, we adhere to the following guidelines:
> 21 years of age or older.
> 40+ honor.
> Speaks English.
> Must be registered on our website with a valid e-mail address.
> Must be registered on AAO Tracker.
> Must show maturity in gameplay and interactions with other members.
> Must have well-established ties with existing [RB] members by participating fully in multiple gaming sessions.
> Must show camaraderie by posting in forums and talking on TeamSpeak server channels.
> Must be sponsored by three RB members.
Once accepted by unanimous vote of the Command Council, Recruit status is granted. During a period of between two weeks and two months, a Recruit wears the RB clan tag with the =R= designation: [RB]=R=name (the form of this designation is not negotiable).
Assuming the Recruit continues to participate and represent the clan in an honorable manner at all times, and pending another unanimous vote of the Command Council, the question of full acceptance into the clan is opened up to the general membership.
Within a week long period, any [RB] member can veto the acceptance of the recruit by providing a valid reason. If denied, a simple e-mail will be sent to the recruit to inform them of the denial.
Assuming no vetoes, full acceptance to the clan is granted and the rank of Private is bestowed: [RB]=PVT=name (the form of this designation is not negotiable).
